George Matick Chevrolet is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Redford, MI

Detroit's Best Dealership Team is Here. Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDC Rep) at one of the largest Chevrolet dealerships in the United States and ranked a Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press 5 years in-a-row (2023-2019).

The Business Development role is one of the most critical roles at our dealership. You're the first voice to our guests when they consider our dealership when calling, emailing us, or chatting online. Your ability to quickly answer questions, provide information, and use our state-of-the-art technology will separate us and show how different we are from other dealerships in the market.

While this is not a customer-facing role in the traditional sense of your meeting and greeting the customer in person, your efforts are paramount in creating the type of comfortable, welcoming experience and building a relationship of trust before the guest ever arrives on our campus.

You would work 5 days a week, including up to 1 Saturday per month with a compensatory day off. The position pays hourly with a large component of pay based on performance (how many people you work with visit the store and eventually purchase). We offer very competitive pay, benefits such as Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, a matching 401k retirement program, short and long-term disability, great company culture, and much more.

Our award-winning Dealership has been a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace in Detroit the last 5 years in a row, voted the Best Dealership in Detroit by Hour Magazine for 6 years in a row, and has been awarded one of the Top 100 Dealerships to Work For in the US by Automotive News.
